From an early age, JB learned the value of hard work in the construction industry. As a kid, he helped his adopted dad and uncle with their construction company, and by the age of 12 he was spending his summers working alongside his grandpa in his roofing business. Those early experiences shaped his passion for craftsmanship, leadership, and serving homeowners with integrity.

Before launching Quality Choice Roofing, JB excelled as a top sales representative for his previous employer finishing his first 8 months with an impressive $1,078,374.54 in sales. His professional training includes the School of Entrepreneurship, Atlas Pro Plus Contractor, Contractor Nation, and KRS Roofing System Dealer, giving him a strong foundation in both business and advanced roofing systems.

JB helped start Quality Choice Roofing nearly two years ago and has been instrumental in its growth. His day-to-day role includes executing new strategies, implementing proven systems, and listening to employee feedback to continuously improve the company. He is committed to leading a team that values quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction above all else.

What JB enjoys most about his role is serving homeowners at the highest level and creating opportunities for people to build life changing careers in the roofing industry.

When he’s not working, JB loves spending quality time with his wife and three kids, studying his Bible, going to the gym, and skateboarding.
